Confidential information – The Parties agree to use the confidential information of the other Party exclusively in connection with the Services and not to disclose it without prior written approval, except in the following cases: i) when required by specific law or regulations or when required by to a professional body; ii) advisers with whom the Parties work.
The Provider may disclose confidential information to subcontractors or service providers provided that they are bound by confidentiality obligations, as well as to the Client’s consultants who are involved in the matter. The obligation to keep the information received in connection with the contract confidential will remain valid for three years after receipt of this information. The above does not apply to information that (i) is available to the public, or (ii) was received from someone who has no confidentiality obligations in relation to it, or (iii) was already known to the receiving Party.
